Terminator: Resistance is a first-person shooter that takes place during the aftermath of Judgement Day and it has several endings for players to experience. Players take control of a lone resistance soldier named Jacob Rivers as he traverses the remnants of 1997 Los Angeles to defeat Skynet. Along the way, there are NPCs that will be encountered that can change the course of the game's ending, and this guide will show how to unlock the good ending.
Developed by Teyon, Terminator: Resistance was released on November 15, 2019, as an addendum to the first two classic movies. Fighting alongside John Connors, Jacob Rivers is the only survivor that's left after an infiltrator attacked his unit in Pasadena. After narrowly escaping his fate, Rivers joins up with a tech-com unit lead by Jessica Baron to go on various missions in Terminator: Resistance that focus on breaking down the weakest links of Skynet. Meanwhile, the infiltrator unit that killed Rivers' team is still on the prowl. Players will have to take Rivers on a brutal journey as he has to find a way to defeat the ruling cybernetic threats that's trying to snuff out humanity through 9 chapters. There is an assortment of; hunter-killers, drones, turret guns, T-800 models and even traps to overcome. Players will be bombarded by these enemies and the firefights can become hot and heavy. This story takes place between 2028-2029 and as events unfold players will encounter other characters to make decisions through branching dialogue during the heat of battle.
