More than a year after the launch of the latest Pokemon games, trainers will soon be able to embark on the final chapter of their Scarlet & Violet journeys. The Indigo Disk, part two of The Hidden Treasure Of Area Zero DLC, launches this week, and Pokemon wants to celebrate the addition that will be at the center of it. Terapagos, a brand new Pokemon being introduced via The Indigo Disk, will have not one, but two plushes by the time the additional content drops.
Tearpagos's design was revealed a while ago and fans have been trying to figure out what the new Pokemon's deal is ever since. They immediately noticed that Terapagos's Terastal form appears to be the same shape as that Paldea region, and you'll be able to study that more closely via its plush starting from December 14. Both its Terastal and Normal forms will be getting plushes, and both will be made available on The Indigo Disk's launch day.
As usual, there's a big old caveat when it comes to these two new pieces of Pokemon merch. They'll only be available from Pokemon Center Japan, for the time being at least. Available to buy through the Pokemon Center and Amazon Japan once they go on sale this Thursday, the normal form plush will cost 2,970 yen ($20), while the presumably larger, more detailed Terastal form plush will be 5,500 yen ($38). You might be able to get the plushes shipped outside of Japan, or if they're popular enough, hopefully they'll be sold elsewhere in the future.
