The showrunner for Superman & Lois has addressed the rumors around a potential crossover with the new Arrowverse series Naomi. Both series belong to the Arrowverse on the CW, the family of shows based on characters from DC Comics that originated with Arrow in 2012 and eventually expanded to include series like Supergirl, The Flash, and DC's Legends of Tomorrow. Crossover is very common among these various series, and indeed Superman & Lois is a spinoff of Supergirl, the series that introduced Tyler Hoechlin as the Man of Steel and Elizabeth Tulloch as journalist Lois Lane. The series premiered on The CW in 2021, with Superman & Loisseason 2 currently running and set to conclude on June 21, 2022.
The newest entry in the Arrowverse is Naomi, which premiered on The CW on January 11, 2022. The series, which was created by Ava DuVernay and Jill Blankenship, follows Kaci Walfall as Naomi McDuffie, a comic book fan who discovers she has powers of her own. The series also features Cranston Johnson, Alexander Wraith, Mary-Charles Jones, Mouzam Makkar, Daniel Puig, and Camila Moreno. So far, the show hasn't featured very much crossover with other Arrowverse series, and though Naomi episode 1 featured a Superman cameo, it was confirmed that it isn't the same version of the character as Tyler Hoechlin from Superman & Lois.
