The jury is still out on whether or not Sony is actively working on an upgraded version of the PlayStation 5 but if a new discovery within is to be believed, the improved console could be very real. The existence of the so-called PlayStation 5 Pro has been hotly debated for months and while there's no solid proof that it exists, many believe it's happening given Sony's track record of releasing improved hardware roughly four years after the original's launch. If the PlayStation 5 Pro does arrive in 2024, it would be maintaining that trend.
