The revelation that Jerry Seinfeld is the President of the United States in the Bizarro World of Superman and Lois is a perfect tribute to one of the Man of Steel's biggest fans. The series recently sent the Earth-Prime version of Superman to an alternate Earth that was drastically different from his own. While Superman was more concerned with factors like this Earth's red sun draining his powers, a number of interesting little differences between the two Earths were revealed over the course of the episode «Bizarros in a Bizarro World,» including the fact that a famous funny man was in the White House and reportedly a close personal friend of the Bizarro Superman.
This fun fact was revealed in one of a series of flashback sequences, which explored the history of Bizarro Superman and his family and how, in his world, it was his son Jonathan who first manifested superpowers rather than Jordan. Bizarro Superman took a firm hand in training his Super Son, but Jonathan grew to resent how his father only showed an interest in him as an extension of himself rather than as an individual. This culminated in a fight where Jonathan accused his father of neglecting their family in favor of taking "trips with President Seinfeld."

While this President Seinfeld is not identified by name, it is almost certainly a reference to Seinfeld star Jerry Seinfeld.
