Strange Pokemon Legends: Arceus Clip Shows Rowlet Run From Battle Before It Starts

Nintendo took Pokemon fans to the ancient past withPokemon Legends: Arceus and players have been exploring the Hisui region which was formerly known as Sinnoh since. One Pokemon Legends: Arceus fan recently startled a Rowlet while exploring the Coronet Highlands and its strange reaction caught the player off guard.

Reddit user KingAster35 posted a clip of their adventures in Pokemon Legends: Arceus in which they're battling Pokemon in the Coronet Highlands when they spot a Rowlet as it spawns. Still earning experience from their last battle, the Pokemon Legends: Arceus player rushes towards the Pokemon and throws one of their Pokemon at it as soon as they can. This sudden bombardment causes the wild Rowlet to react in an unexpected way as the battle initiates with the expected cutscene that leads to the player's Raichu standing there with no opponent.

KingAster35's video begins with the Pokemon Legends: Arceus player defeating a Dartrix, Rowlet's first evolution, before they rush the aforementioned Rowlet. As the battle begins, the game informs KingAster35 that they «caught Rowlet unaware,» and the starter Pokemon quickly turns around and runs away without the game realizing it had escaped. As a result, KingAster35's Raichu is left there alone in the battle menu with an arrow floating over where the opponent Pokemon would normally be.

Although KingAster35 is still able to attack the Rowlet with their Raichu by the end of the clip, the early moments of the battle clearly show the wild Pokemon running away. KingAster35 is able to show the targeted area from multiple angles to highlight that the Rowlet isn't simply invisible from a certain angle and their Raichu
