Read the Full Article on Dexerto In the Q&A, Danuser addressed some of the confusion surrounding Sylvanas' soul following the «Shattered Legacies» cinematic, in which the Ranger-General part of Sylvanas' soul confronted the Banshee Queen.
“Sylvanas is obviously pivotal in the events that led us to the Shadowlands… so now that those two pieces of her soul are back together, it doesn’t mean that one of them is gone. The Banshee Queen is not gone, the Ranger General hasn’t taken over; it’s that those two pieces are having to find a path forward and they have to become one entity and one soul, not this fractured thing.We also learn that Blizzard purposely withheld the final chapter of the 9.2 Eternity's End story on the Public Test Realm to avoid spoilers--while the other chapters were available to play through and test (which we've documented in our 9.2 Story Guide), the last chapter has remained hidden, similar to the final chapter of Saurfang's story arc in Battle for Azeroth. Notably missing from PTR content is a confrontation between Sylvanas and Tyrande, which is likely in this final secret chapter as we've datamined new high-definition models for both characters. (An interesting detail from the Secrets of the First Ones 9.2 story achievement is that Epilogue: Judgment was recently removed--implying it could be coming later than anticipated.)
