Ahead of the game's global launch later this week, the Starfield Script Extender (SFSE) has already been available for download.
Starfield launched through early access some days ago, and yesterday modder 'Ian Patterson' released, as some call it, the holy grail of mods for Bethesda games - a script extender. It should be noted that the SFSE currently only works with the Steam release of Starfield, and the Windows Store and Game Pass versions are not supported.
The Starfield Script Extender can be downloaded via Nexusmods here. The latest version of the mod can also be found on GitHub here. Since the game's early-access release some days ago, modders have released various mods for it, including FOV and optimization mods as well as a DLSS 2 and XeSS mod that replaces FSR with DLSS/XeSS. In addition, there's also a DLSS 3.5 mod that offers a major improvement in image quality compared to the game's native image quality.
