Writing on X (formerly Twitter), ConcernedApe confirmed the existence of an "" on mobile that can be accessed by correctly cracking a secret code in the game's main menu.
According to the creator's explanation, tapping the four groups of leaves attached to the logoin the correct order will unlock the Co-Op button. The code is easy to remember since it's an homage to the legendary Konami Code that's been used in dozens of games to hide secrets: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right followed by the question mark in the bottom corner.
Having waited for months to try the 1.6 Update of, mobile players will undoubtedly be overjoyed to discover the hidden co-op mode. While it may feature some bugs since it's still experimental, its existence is surprising since ConcernedApe made no mention of it leading up to the update's release. Given how fun it is to experience the idyllic, pastoral life of Pelican Town with a partner, those who can only access on their phones are in for a fantastic time.
