Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was the bestselling retail game in the UK during the week of April 23, and is the second-largest game launch of the year, trailing only Hogwarts Legacy.
This news comes by way of the GfK (via GamesIndustry.biz), which notes that Jedi: Survivor's launch sales are 35% lower than its predecessor, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. However, it's important to note that this only accounts for boxed copies in the UK.

Another factor is that Jedi: Survivor has a more expensive price tag than its predecessor on average, which has likely led to fewer sales at retail. On average, Jedi: Survivor retail copies sold for around £10 more than Jedi: Fallen Order.
Since worldwide digital sales haven't been revealed for Jedi: Survivor just yet, it's unclear how it'll stack up against Fallen Order. According to GfK, 82% of boxed Jedi: Survivor sales were on PS5, while the remaining 18% were on Xbox.
Elsewhere on the week's bestsellers was Dead Island 2, which dropped down to the second spot, following its second week on store shelves. Its sales were down 45% compared to its initial launch week.
