SPY x FAMILY Secretly Revealed Yor's One True Weakness
SPY x FAMILY has positioned Yor as a nigh-indestructible force to be reckoned with, but the series' most recent episode may have just shown off her one true weakness. Of course, with SPY x FAMILY being a raucous comedy, that weakness is appropriately hilarious, particularly in light of Yor's otherwise seemingly superhuman capabilities.
Yor Briar is the tritagonist of SPY x FAMILY, acting as the wife and mother of the Forger household while secretly working as a hired assassin. While carrying out her "other job," she's shown to be cold and ruthlessly efficient, belying her ordinarily warm and loving yet flighty and quirky personality. On top of that, she's also shown to be inhumanly strong, which her assassin training only complements as she can use that strength to break a person with ease. She's so good at what she does that her callsign of "Thorn Princess" is feared throughout the underworld inSPY x FAMILY.

With such a reputation as an unstoppable deathbringer, it is natural to expect Yor to have a weakness that's appropriately grandiose. Of course, SPY x FAMILY is still a wholesome family comedy, so perhaps it's most appropriate that the most recent episode of the anime reveals her only known weakness to be something as innocuous as alcohol. During the Extra Mission in which Franky convinces Loid to let Anya live out one of her dreams of acting out a scenario from her favorite cartoon, Yor gets riotously drunk, and while the scene provides ample comedy on its own, it also has some surprising implications.
