The Motorola Razr from 2019 was unarguably the most stylish smartphone on sale regardless of its specs and impracticalities. It also had something that Samsung couldn't replicate back then, and even now! A big useable display on its lid! The 2.7-inch OLED display on the Razr could do almost most of the useful smartphone functions without making you unfold it – something the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip was guilty of. For the next generation model, Motorola is going further with the size.
Based on a tip from Ross Young, the CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC), the Motorola Razr 3 is getting a bump in its screen size on the outside. The cover display that measured 2.7-inches on the Razr 5G will now expand to 3-inches on the Razr 3. That means more useable space for the tiny interface and better practicality than the older model. But that's not all for the Razr 3.

Ross also says that the Razr 3 is getting a bigger inner display. The Razr 5G had a 6.2-inch foldable OLED display. For the Razr 3, Motorola will be using a 6.7-inch OLED display, which could be almost the same size as the display on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3.
Previous leaks suggested that the Razr 3 is getting a complete design revamp. The inside is losing the earpiece notch and will settle for a camera hole cutout. The phone is also losing its iconic stubby chin and will have uniform bezels around the display. The outside will have a dual camera system located on the edges, just like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3.
