Apple is preparing to launch its next-generation iPhones with some major advancements. While rumors regarding the designs, specifications and features have already been taking over the internet, a latest report suggests that the iPhone 14 display size will change- for the iPhone 14 Pro variants, that is. Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, in his latest "Power One '' newsletter, has suggested that Apple is planning to make some of the iPhone 14 models have a bigger screen size.
He mentioned that the iPhone 14 line up will be extremely popular as users will get Apple’s largest iPhone size for at least $200 less than before. What Gurman has suggested is the iPhone 14 will retain the 6.1 inch display that iPhone 13 had. However, Apple is thinking of getting rid of the iPhone 14 mini and instead bring in the iPhone 14 Max. This phone will have the bigger 6.7 inch screen size.
Apart from display size Apple will also jazz up the iPhone 14 Pro Max with exclusive 48-megapixel sensor for the wide-angle. Additionally, the high-end iPhone will also be the only model to be powered by the new A16 chip while the other models are likely to rely on the current A15 chip. Though, the reason behind this is yet to be confirmed, it is speculated to be because of the current chip shortage.
Well! That’s not all. There is some more. Gurman has also mentioned that the iPhone 14 series might come with satellite connectivity for emergency or SOS purposes.
