Spider-Gwen Deserves a Video Game of Her Own
Insomniac Games seems to be building up its own MCU through Spider-Man video games. Over the course of two games, the studio has fully introduced its version of Peter Parker and Miles Morales into this new video game universe. Both characters will see their grand return in Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and Wolverine will also make his debut in Marvel's Wolverine. Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will further grow the Spider-Man family as Venom makes his debut, but Insomniac should not stop there; the studio should also give Spider-Gwen her time to shine.
Marvel's Spider-Man not only introduced Insomniac's version of Peter Parker, but it also saw the origins of Miles Morales' Spider-Man. The focus of the game was on Peter Parker's journey, so Insomniac chose to give Miles Morales a game as well. Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales served as both a launch title for the PS5 and a continuation of the Spider-Man story. It focused on Miles instead of Peter, and followed his journey in becoming his own Spider-Man. While it is unknown if Gwen Stacy will make her debut in the next game, if she does, then she also deserves a spin-off game.

Right now, Insomniac's Spidey family includes Miles Morales and Peter Parker. The next chapter in the story will see the introduction of Venom, but he will most likely not become an integral part of the Spidey family. If Insomniac wants to expand the Spidey family even further, then adding Spider-Gwen the mix would make the most sense. Her story would most likely bring multiverse shenanigans into the mix, which seems like an obvious direction that the franchise will go in.
