How did Armando die in Sons Of Anarchy and who was responsible for his death? Sons Of Anarchy's gang SAMCRO were involved in all kinds of questionable activities during the FX show’s seven-season run. Gun-running was their main source of income, but they also dabbled in prostitution and protection racketeering in addition to murdering a lot of people. One criminal activity that SAMCRO drew the line at, though, was drug trafficking but that changed in the fourth season of the show.
Early on in Sons Of Anarchy season 4, SAMCRO leader Clay Morrow (Ron Perlman) surprised the club when he made a deal to transport cocaine on behalf of the Galindo drug cartel. Several members of motorcycle gang SAMCRO protested the move but after Clay painted the deal as a lucrative short-term opportunity, he managed to persuade enough of them to vote for the cartel partnership to go ahead. Soon enough, SAMCRO would come to regret its alliance with the Galindo cartel which led to the death of Armando – the president of the club’s Tucson, Arizona chapter SAMTAZ.

Played by Aquarius star Lobo Sebastian, Armando made his Sons Of Anarchy debut in the season 4 episode “Una Venta.” This saw SAMCRO meet up with SAMTAZ on their home turf to arrange for the Tucson chapter to provide protection runs for the club as they transported the Galindo cartel’s cocaine. By the time Armando’s next Sons Of Anarchyepisode (“Family Recipe”) came around, he’d been brutally decapitated and his severed head was sent to SAMCRO’s headquarters in a duffel bag as a gruesome warning against the club entering the drug trade.
