Two decades after its release, Silent Hill 3 fans have noticed a hidden detail in the Hilltop Centre that even its art director, Masahiro Ito, had forgotten about.
Although most fans probably think of Silent Hill 2 as the series at its best, there's also a lot of love for its sequel, Silent Hill 3. Heather Mason is arguably just as iconic as James Sunderland is in the horror genre and, while it's not talked about nearly as much as its predecessor, the third game in the series is still considered an all-time great. In fact, it's somehow still being dissected to this day, with fans having only just discovered a hidden detail in the Hilltop Centre that even the game's art director forgot about.

A few hours into Silent Hill 3, players find themselves exploring Hilltop Center, an office building where Heather ends up running into more creatures from the Otherworld. One memorable scene in that chapter sees Heather interacting with a bathtub that quickly fills up with blood, sending her into the Otherworld.
One question that fans might have had about that scene is how the bathtub is meant to be filling up with blood, as there's no clue reason why the blood is suddenly appearing. Although you might write it off as something supernatural, Twitter user silent_facts might have found the answer by manipulating the game's camera and taking a look at the environment.
