Samsung Galaxy S22 Indian prices have leaked! Despite its global announcement last week, Samsung India is yet to reveal the India prices for the entire Galaxy S22 range. Unlike the previous years, India is getting the Snapdragon chips for the Galaxy S22 instead of the Exynos chips, which was expected to bump up the prices. However, this new leak now gives us a hint of what we can expect from Samsung’s Indian prices.
Based on a report from IANS, it is said that the Galaxy S22 series will have a higher price tag than the Galaxy S21 series last year. The three models, i.e., Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra are expected to carry costs within a range of Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 110,000. Sources, however, said that despite the big camera and display upgrades, there won’t be a huge jump in process.
Additionally, it says that Samsung India is likely to reveal the prices of the entire Galaxy S22 series later this week.
To make the deal more lucrative, Samsung India is also said to announce certain launch offers to make them better deals for Indian consumers. This could be similar to the launch offers we saw on the Galaxy S21 FE that launched earlier in January 2022.
Note that this information comes from a rumour and hence, should be taken with a pinch of salt. Samsung is yet to announce anything specific for the Indian prices of the Galaxy S22 range.
Samsung settling in for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip-equipped Galaxy S22 models in India is a big deal, given that previous S series devices have always stuck to Exynos processors. The Exynos 2200 carries the AMD developer GPU this year but none of that comes to the Snapdragon variant. However, Samsung flagships on Snapdragon processors have always been considered to be superior.
