After announcing a couple of smartphones in the Galaxy M and Galaxy A series smartphones, Samsung brings back its focus to the entry-level segment with the Galaxy F13. The Galaxy F13 is a 4G smartphone, as opposed to the other 5G budget smartphones at this price range. The phone is largely based on the Galaxy M13 that was announced a while ago but this one gets a larger capacity battery instead of the smaller 5000mAh battery on the M13.
As the moment, the price of the Samsung Galaxy F13 comes down to Rs. 11,999 for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. This phone also comes in a higher variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage that will end up with a price of Rs. 12,999. The Galaxy F13 comes in Nightsky Green, Sunrise Copper, and Waterfall Blue colours. The phone will go on sale from June 29 via Flipkart, Samsung.com, and retail stores.
The Samsung Galaxy F13 is based on the Exynos 850 chipset that os pared with 4GB of RAM as standard. The phone boots up to Android 12 out of the box, and you get the RAM Plus feature that virtually expands the RAM capacity to enhance multitasking.
The Galaxy F13 comes with a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a small waterdrop notch on the top. When it comes to camera, the Samsung Galaxy F13 features a triple rear camera with a 50 MP primary camera, a 5 MP ultra-wide camera and a 2 MP depth camera. The front camera comes with a 8MP camera.
When it comes to connectivity options, the Samsung Galaxy F13 has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Lastly, the phone relies on a 6000mAh battery and Samsung is offering a USB-C port for charging as well as data transfer. The phone also comes with a 15W wired charging solution.
