Samsung is reportedly planning to expand its Galaxy M series with a new smartphone in India.The company has teased the launch of a new Galaxy M series phone via its Samsung India Twitter handle. Though the name of the models aren’t revealed, the teaser hints that the new handset might be Galaxy M33 or Galaxy M35. While the 5G versions of both the models are already available in the market we can expect that the upcoming models might be 4G enabled or may be an upgraded version. As per the teaser, the launch will take place on Jul 5, 2022.
The details and key specifications of both the upcoming Galaxy M-series smartphones are also kept under wraps. However, we can expect the upcoming handsets to offer almost similar features as their predecessors. Samsung will hold the launch event virtual at 12 noon.

Samsung’s upcoming handsets price may be kept at under Rs. 20,000 if its M33 as the Galaxy M33 5G is available at Rs. 17,999 and Rs. 19,499 for the two 6GB and 8GB RAM variants respectively. If it will be a 4G enabled phone, we can expect it to cost somewhere between Rs. 15,000 and 20,000.
On the contrary, if the new handset will be a Galaxy M35, then phone may be priced above Rs. 20,000.
