OnePlus is adding another smartphone in the Nord series with the debut of the OnePlus Nord 2T in India. The new model takes the flagship features of the Nord series and offers an upgrade – from a more powerful battery with superfast charging, an upgraded chipset, and a special camera.
The OnePlus Nord 2T packs the same flagship 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging that debuted on the OnePlus 10 Pro. The 4,500 mAh battery powers up to a day’s usage in all of 15 minutes with the 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging feature, the company claims.
OnePlus phones are known for their special cameras and the OnePlus Nord 2T looks to carry the same trend forward as it packs the flagship 50 MP Sony IMX766 sensor as well as optical image stabilization. Its camera enables you to take professional-quality photos and videos in HDR, even in low lighting conditions.
Another major upgrade with the OnePlus Nord 2T is the processor, which is powered by the Nord 2T’s MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset. This AI-powered chip allows you to multitask on the phone and play games. The Oxygen OS 12.1 allows for faster app loading, and improved productivity, says OnePlus.
All of this comes at a suitable price point. The new model will soon make its debut in the Indian market after the recent global unveiling of the device.
The OnePlus Nord 2T will be the first addition to Nord’s number series since the ‘OnePlus Nord 2’ in July 2021, building on the brand promise of making the signature OnePlus experience more accessible. Earlier this year, the Nord ecosystem expanded its horizons with the addition of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G, and Nord CE 2 Lite 5G to its core series smartphones.
