Oppo is all set to launch the Oppo Reno 8 smartphone series in India tomorrow. But there is something else that Oppo is planning to bring for the first time in India. This will be the first ever tablet launched by Oppo and it will be rolled out alongside the Reno 8 series as well as Oppo Enco X2 earbuds. As the Oppo Pad Air has already been revealed in China, we have a fair idea of exactly what Oppo’s first tablet is going to offer. A 10.36-inched 2K display with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset. It packs a 7100mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The tablet boots Android 12 with Oppo’s own layer of ColorOS 12.
For your basic photography needs, the Oppo Pad Air brings a single 8MP camera at the back with an f/2.0 aperture. While on the front, there is a 5MP selfie camera. For sound, it is equipped with Quad speakers set up with Dolby Atmos support. It may be launched with two storage variants - 64GB and 128GB - with an option to further expand the storage by adding a microSD card.
Considering that the Oppo Pad Air model that was launched in China supports a smart stylus and a magnetic keyboard, the same is expected on the product to be launched in India too.
