It's been a few months since audiences saw how Margot Robbie will appear in the upcoming Barbie movie by filmmaker Greta Gerwig. Now, Warner Bros. posted a first official look at Ryan Gosling as Ken, looking freshly squeezed, on its Twitter account.
Robbie and Gosling will be joined by Kate McKinnon (SNL), Simu Liu (Shang Chi and The Ten Rings), America Ferrera (Superstore), Alexandra Shipp (tick, tick...boom), Will Ferrell (Anchorman), Issa Rae (Into The Spider-Verse 2), Michael Cera (Arrested Development), and Ariana Greenblatt (who played young Gamora in Avengers: Endgame). You can check out Gosling's look below.

The project was initially announced almost 10 years ago, and after a few false starts, it finally started moving ahead in 2019.
«Barbie has entertained children and inspired their imagination and creativity for more than 50 years,» said Tim Kilpin, Mattel's EVP of Global Brands (via Deadline).«Now is the right time in Barbie's celebrated history for her to star in a live-action, contemporary comedy that brings her playful personality to life for generations of fans.»
«I think it's a great opportunity to put some positivity out into the world and a chance to be aspirational for younger kids,» Robbie said in an interview with Variety about the project when she confirmed her involvement back in 2019.
Robbie will also be producing the project through her LuckyChap banner.
Barbie hits theaters on July 21, 2023.
