Unpacking has become a cult classic in the gaming community since its release late last year. The laid-back game about interior design and decoration was a popular choice for fans looking for an easygoing, relaxing game. Developed by Witch Beam, the game was a breakout hit that sits nicely among similar popular slow-paced games like Animal Crossing and Minecraft. With the game's success on PC, Switch, and Xbox, the announcement of PS4 and PS5 versions were inevitable when the two were announced in March, and recent leaks imply the game's Sony platform release might be not too far off.
While Unpacking missed out on last year's Game Awards, the game has already seen modest success for a relatively new developer. Witch Beam's second-ever game release sold over 100,000 copies within only a week and a half of the game's November 2021 debut and took home several accolades from other game awards shows, with critics praising the game's narrative and audio design. Now, as Unpacking prepares to make the jump to the PS4 and PS5, the game's trophy list on both consoles has surfaced online.
Young Unpacking Players Can't Figure Out What a Gamecube Is
A recent update to PSN trophy aggregation website PSNProfiles saw trophy lists for the PS4 and PS5 versions of Unpacking added to the website with the leak suggesting that the trophies have officially been made available through the PSN. The updated list shows a total of 26 obtainable trophies through playing Unpacking on PSN, though all trophies outside of the game's Platinum trophy are currently listed as Secret. While fans may not be able to see the full list for the PlayStation versions, the similar number to other versions suggests that the Sony platforms will feature similar trophies
