The first official trailer for Rob Zombie’s The Munsters movie reveals an unexpected story for the Transylvanian family while confirming three major theories about the reboot. The Munsters’ trailer sees Lily tell Grandpa (Daniel Roebuck) that she’s searching for the love of her life, with Sheri Moon Zombie’s character finding it in the kindhearted “bozo” Herman Munster. The trailer also depicts the creation of Herman Munster as Frankenstein’s monster, where Rob Zombie’s movie will include some of their old friends from Transylvania. Alongside new characters like Jorge Garcia’s Floop, Zombie’s The Munsters reboot will bring back classic figures like Uncle Gilbert, Igor, Zombo, and Uncle Lester. After Herman and Lily go on various silly dates and eventually get married, The Munsters trailer sees the couple and Grandpa moving into their iconic 1313 Mockingbird Lane house.
