Jen Shah and Tamra Judge criticized The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jennie Nguyen for her insulting excuse after posting racist messages on Facebook. Jennie first got national attention in RHOSLC season 2, which is still currently airing. She joined the show as a friend of Lisa Barlow but made a name for herself as someone who wasn't afraid to stand up to Mary Cosby. In the first half of the season, Jennie opened up about her fertility struggles, revealing to the group she had a number of miscarriages and gave birth to a stillborn child. Recently, old racist posts from Jennie's Facebook account, in which she criticized the Black Lives Matter movement, were unearthed. Fans and her RHOSLC co-stars instantly began speaking out against Jennie's old posts, demanding that Bravo do something about them. Initially, her castmates were unable to speak about it in detail, but once given permission they all made it clear they do not agree with or condone anything Jennie said in those posts. Jennie apologized, claiming she felt she was speaking out against the violent rioters but that she knows better now. Fans were unhappy with her apology, and Bravo announced that she was fired from the show.
