Lenny Hochstein officially filed for divorce from Lisa Hochstein one week after The Real Housewives of Miami star confirmed their split. It's been a rough couple of weeks for the divorcing couple. Lenny confirmed their breakup one week after they fueled breakup rumors following a nightclub showdown. There had been rumors that the end was near for the Hochsteins.
Lisa unconsciously set the stage for the impending divorce during the RHOM season 4 reunion. She broke down in tears while revealing Lenny's past "emotional affair" with another woman. It came after fans picked up on the tension between the couple, despite how desperately Lisa worked to receive affection from the plastic surgeon. As the ladies film RHOM season 5, reports surfaced about the melee that ensued after Lisa and Larsa Pippen confronted Lenny and his new girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, at the Gala nightclub in Miami. While the cameras weren't rolling, Lisa reportedly got into Katharina's face and a glass was thrown. One week later, Lenny confirmed that he was divorcing Lisa.

On Friday, Lenny moved forward with the official divorce filing, Page Six reported. Lenny cited “irreconcilable differences” in the filing, claiming the reason for his filing is because their 12-year “marriage is irretrievably broken and there is no present hope for a meaningful reconciliation," the court documents stated. The legal filing claimed both parties agreed to “dissolve their marriage at least a month ago.” Lenny also noted the prenuptial agreement they signed prior to their October 2009 wedding that guarantees Lisa spousal support.
