Before Lisa left the Bravo series, the Vanderpump Rules star and Kyle were close friends who even enjoyed a vacation to Italy in season 6. While the duo fought infrequently throughout their shared time on RHOBH, the friendship between Lisa and Kyle Richards was irreversibly damaged during season 9 when Kyle accused Lisa of leaking stories about PK's wife, Dorit Kemsley to the press. Unsurprisingly, the four-way relationship between Lisa, Kyle, Dorit, and PK has been strained ever since.
Bravo fans and alum alike were shocked when Dorit was robbed in October 2021, and since the crime occurred just before filming began, RHOBH season 12 has focused heavily on the aftermath. Despite her strained relationship with Lisa, Dorit revealed to Andy Cohen after the RHOBH season 12 premiere that she was disappointed that she hadn't heard from the British restauranteur. In response, Lisa uploaded a screenshot on Twitter of her text to PK following the robbery, but that still wasn't enough to convince Dorit, PK, or Kyle. In fact, Kyle called Lisa's tweet «crafty,» days later and expressed doubts that Lisa's text to PK was real.

Lisa recently hosted the Vanderpump Dog Foundation's sixth annual World Dog Day on May 28.
