RHOBH: Delilah Hamlin Celebrates 6 Months Of Sobriety Following Overdose
Delilah Belle Hamlin, the eldest daughter of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsstar Lisa Rinna and her actor husband Harry Hamlin, recently celebrated six months of sobriety following her accidental overdose. For the past few months, Delilah has been very candid about her struggles with mental health and her accidental overdose due to being overprescribed certain medications. Delilah went as far as to post a video online, telling her fans what has been going on with her health the past few months.
The model admitted she overdosed after she became dependent on Xanax and took an antihistamine while on the medication propranolol. After taking the antihistamine, she ended up in the hospital and realized she had overdosed. Delilah then revealed she was told to take a certain amount of medication that seemed too much to both her and her friends. She even attended a rehab facility to help her «come down» from the medications. Luckily, Delilah, whose honesty helped her fans, was able to make it past the hardships by getting sober.

On Thursday, Delilah shared to her Instagram Stories that she is six months sober after overdosing on a cocktail of pills in November 2021. "Hi! I’m six months sober!" Delilah sang into the camera of her phone while jumping with excitement. Delilah didn't reveal what she is sober from, whether it was her medication, alcohol, or both. Nonetheless. Delilah seems to be looking a lot healthier since removing the toxins from her body.
