It looks as though the release date for the PlayStation 5 Slim console has leaked ahead of Sony's official announcement.
As IGN reports, the leak comes via French website Dealabs and a reliable leaker by the name of Billbil-kun. Apparently both the standard PS5 Slim and the Digital Edition will be available on Nov. 10. However, Sony is also planning to offer a bundle with a copy of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 included from Nov. 8.
A number of retailers in Japan also listed the PS5 Slim as available to pre-order with the same Nov. 10 release date, which makes us more confident the smaller console will be available in just over three weeks from now (unless you grab the bundle).
The PS5 Slim is sure to be popular at launch because it's considerably smaller than the launch console while promising to offer the same experience. Sony also confirmed that you can still fit up to an 8TB SSD inside, while also allowing anyone who buys the Digital Edition to add an Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive at a later date for $80.
