Hi,
I have a PS5 in rest mode with all options enabled in settings and the PS App (iOS) logged into the correct account, but for some reason, I am unable to download/install games. When I attempt it, I receive the error «Something went wrong. Try again.».
I've reinstalled the app, logged in again and get the same error. My PS5 is connected to the same network, but via ethernet. Is there currently a bug with the app or is there something I am not doing correctly?
@dhuber83 I wonder if there’s a system issue that relates to the PS Stars outage also.
Thanks for the reply. Not sure to be honest. Its just really annoying.
@dhuber83 Yeah, I suspect the two things relate. They’ve been strangely silent about the Stars issues, and so that suggests to me some technical meltdown going on.
I would try to download something via the app but I shut off my PS5 last night rather than rest mode, and I won’t be home for a while. If I think about it later I’ll try tonight.
