Today, Offworld Industries announced the acquisition of Post Scriptum, the tactical first-person shooter game released in August 2018 by Periscope Games. In a way, it's a return home. Post Scriptum originally began as a mod to Offworld's Squad before being turned into a standalone title.
Offworld Industries revealed it will be working with Mercury Arts on the game. Mercury Arts is a renowned mod group of Post Scriptum, as explained on their YouTube channel:

The popularity of this release and the skills and dedication shown by the Mercury Arts team to the project led Periscope Games to purchase the first phase of the Chapter with an additional expression of interest in the follow on phases of the project, already under development.
Offworld also said it is working on a 2024 roadmap of updates that will be shared with the community at a later time. The studio will also reach out to the server hosts who have continued to support the game and will directly support them in recognition of their ongoing efforts, with the goal to grow the player community and re-establish Post Scriptum as the leading WWII tactical FPS.
Offworld owns the WW1 FPS Beyond the Wire, too, ensuring it can cover all bases when it comes to military shooters. Earlier this year, the developer also branched out with the licensed sci-fi cooperative first-person shooter game Starship Troopers:
