The Pokémon Company announced that the popular «Trick-or-Trade» BOOSter Bundle is making a triumphant return in 2024, with pre-orders for the collection beginning on August 30. Each bundle includes 35 mini booster packs which contain three unearthly cards a piece, perfect for those who'd rather skip Halloween candy. The 2024 BOOster Bundle costs $14.99, making it a decent value proposition for anyone who might be interested in hunting for some Ghost or Dark-type Pokémon even before Halloween officially rolls around in a couple of months.
The Pokémon Trading Card Game has previewed the 2024 edition of its Trainer's Toolkit, some of the cards from it, and the accessories it comes with.
Trick-or-Trade has become a fan-favorite event since it launched in 2022 and while it's unlikely that the mini boosters will feature cards that could make or break a deck, they can make for an extra surprise on Halloween.Most of the cards that feature in BOOster Bundles are reprints, meaning it can be an opportunity to collect any Pokémon that may have been missed in previous set releases. Of course, there are Holos for those constantly on the hunt: 2023's Trick-or-Trade set included Gengar, Chandelure, and Houndoom to name just a few.
