A few great games that were once exclusive to PlayStation consoles have recently seen PC releases, and a new job listing suggests that Sony wants more of their games in PC gamer hands. Microsoft has been releasing major titles on PC for years. In contrast, Nintendo and Sony have continued to release most of their flagship games only on their current consoles. However, Sony has become less frugal with console exclusivity over the past few years and has seen great success by releasing certain games on PC.
Major titles like God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Days Gone that were once only playable on the PlayStation 4 can now be enjoyed with improved performance and features on PC. After becoming available on PC, titles that were once exclusive to Sony's home consoles quickly reached the top of Steam's best sellers list. PC players usually have a lot more options to tweak performance and add mods to their favorite games compared to a games console release, and it seems like Sony wants to give those players more games from its excellent library.

PlayStation is currently looking to hire a Senior Director for PC Planning and Strategy in order to release more of its titles on PC. Reported via Game Rant, the job listing posted by PlayStation Global is looking to hire someone adaptable and able to help the company in its plans to grow PlayStation's presence in the PC market. This is great news as it remains challenging to acquire a PlayStation 5. Releasing major PlayStation titles on PC would allow a lot more players to enjoy PS games while the consoles become more available over time.
