With well over 100 hours of gameplay, there are a lot of hidden features that are easily missed in Persona 5 Royal. Most in-game time will be spent stealing hearts or ranking up Confidants. However, players who take the time to explore Tokyo may find it worthwhile. There are various attractions and activities that can boost Social Stats or raise max HP and SP. One thing a lot of people might miss on their first run is the postbox.
Towards the middle of Persona 5 Royal, players will be able to send fake Calling Cards to their Confidants. The Calling Cards are items available for a limited time in-game. If players want an extra point towards a Confidant, they should consider using the postbox. Luckily, it's easy to do and requires little to no effort for Joker to send cards to his Confidants.

The postbox is in Yongen-Jaya by the movie theater and across from the general store. Interacting with it when Joker doesn't have the right items in the inventory won't do anything. Furthermore, Confidant gifts such as the Watercolor Postcard can't be put in the postbox.
The postbox is really only here if players need a few more points towards a Confidant. For much of the game, players won't be able to use the postbox because they require one type of item.
Once the Phantom Thieves start gaining popularity, they'll be able to purchase Calling Postcards from the Discount Store in Shibuya. These are 500 yen and can only be bought one at a time.
