It’s been a while since I was able to put together an 18+ LEGO set, but the weight has definitely been worth it. The LEGO Group and Epic Game sent over a package that included all the LEGO Fortnite sets currently available, and I knew right away that Peely Bone was the first set I wanted to put together. As someone who is passably interested in Fortnite (at best), I thought this specific set looked amazing, and was hopeful the build was going to be fantastic as well. Is this worth the price of entry, at 129.99 CAD? Let’s take a look!
First things first – this set comes with 1414 pieces, a lot of which are not common and some that are pretty unique to this set, and perhaps a few others. I’ve never put together any of these LEGO standing characters, of which Star Wars seems to be the post popular. But if those sets are anything like this one in terms of how it builds, I’ll be picking up some of those as soon as possible.
I’ve built 18+ sets in the past where my 10 year old son Lochlan could have helped me put the set together – this set would have confused him time and time again. That isn’t a knock on LEGO or the instruction manual included with the set. Rather, it’s the highest praise I can possibly give them. This is an
