Some additional trinket tuning hotfixes have been applied to the 9.2 PTR nerfing the popular trinkets Phial of Putrefaction and Blood Spattered Scale.
Phial of Putrefaction NerfedPhial of Putrefaction, one of the premier melee DPS trinkets has been nerfed on the Patch 9.2 PTR by 15%.
Every 5 sec, your next melee ability applies Liquefying Ooze, dealing * 10 * (1 + Versatility)] Nature damage over 30 sec. Liquefying Ooze stacks up to 3 times. Stacking does not refresh the duration. Blood Splattered Scale NerfedBlood-Spattered Scale, one of the premier Tanking trinkets for the expansion has been nerfed on the Patch 9.2 PTR by 15%.
Inflict 69525910 Shadow damage split between all nearby enemies, and form a Blood Barrier on yourself. The Blood Barrier absorbs * (1 + Versatility)] damage for 10 sec.
