Blizzard has posted an updated list of known issues in Dragonflight Patch 10.1.7, including a couple missing audio cues for the new Ping system.
10.1.7 KNOWN ISSUES

Quests- Players can complete “Power Unified” a second time while party-synced, which removes one Splintered Spark of Shadowflame from them.
- Players may not be able to select the quest “Zuldazar” from their Scouting Map.
- Ping System sounds for “On My Way” and “Warning” are not playing.
