One-Time Reputation Khaz Algar Rares Now Dropping Reputation Tokens Again
Almost all rares in Khaz Algar give a reputation every week when you kill them. Among the rares in Khaz Algar, some are so rare (or otherwise annoying to farm) that they only give a Reputation token the first time you kill them. These include rares with unusually long spawn times, rares that share spawns with other rares, or summoned under particular conditions, like Beledar's Spawn.
We have confirmed that several of these rares have had their Reputation flags reset, meaning you can kill them once again for Reputation of the Renown faction of the zone they're located in. It is unknown if they're now weekly Reputation rares or just the one-time reputation flag has been reset.

- Alunira also gives one-time Reputation bonus, but it looks like her flag has not reset.
