Known to be the strongest pirate in the world of One Piece, Kaido is one of the Yonko of the seas. He was once an apprentice on Rocks D. Xebec's ship where he grew up under the wing of the likes of Big Mom, and Whitebeard, among other legendary figures. Kaido's strength is nothing short of incredible and in the Wano Country arc, fans finally got a glimpse of what he was truly capable of. Living up to his reputation of being the strongest, Kaido fought the likes of the Red Scabbards, followed by the Worst Generation. While a great display of his power was given to fans throughout all fights, it wasn't until he fought Luffy that he unleashed his full power, which he displays through various Drunk Modes, through Shuron Hakke.

Shuron Hakke, also known as Drunken Dragon Bagua, is a state that Kaido can enter upon consuming alcohol in the midst of battle. Although one would assume that Kaido gets weaker after getting drunk, that's not quite the case. On the contrary, Kaido becomes far stronger than he normally is when he enters Shuron Hakke. His movements become completely unpredictable and even a skilled Future Sight Observation Haki user had a bit of trouble landing hits on him.
