The Dark Souls series is notorious for being a difficult trilogy of games. With normal enemies that can prove to be a horrendous challenge and bosses that will just destroy the player until the latter figures out an attack pattern or secret weak point, Dark Souls players are used to dying over and over again. Strangely enough, Dark Souls players and streamers often wish to make the games even more difficult for themselves. Streamers of the final entry in the trilogy, Dark Souls 3, have often been known to partake in odd challenges that require the player to take on an extra level of difficulty.
From completing Dark Souls 3 without taking a hit to beating the final boss with a dance pad, streamers of FromSoftware's difficult RPGs often have a knack for taking on seemingly impossible challenges and completing them. Of course, these feats take hours upon hours of work to eventually come to fruition, but for many streamers and viewers it's all worth it to see some impressive gameplay moments. One Dark Souls 3 streamer has recently pulled off another noteworthy challenge, as they beat the game with about 10% of their screen visible.

Twitch streamer TyranosaurusBrett took on the challenge of completing Dark Souls 3 while their screen filled up with an expanding HUD every five minutes. By the time they reached the Lord of Cinder, the final boss of Dark Souls 3, it was much easier to see the mess of HUDs than it was to see any part of the game. Still, not only did the streamer manage to defeat the Lord of Cinder, but they did so without taking a single hit.
