The cast of Jordan Peele’s Nope has revealed if they believe in aliens in real life. The thrilling alien horror Nope released in theaters on July 22, finally bringing answers to the vague trailers and plot details of Peele's mysterious movie. Nope is Peele’s third outing as director following the success of Get Out in 2017 and Us in 2019.
Peele's Nope follows Daniel Kaluuya’s Otis «OJ» Haywood Jr. and Keke Palmer’s Emerald «Em» Haywood as they investigate disturbing circumstances on the Haywood Hollywood horse ranch, which was left to them after their father passed away from mysterious debris falling from the sky. With the help of Brandon Perea’s Angel, a tech salesman, and information from Steven Yeun’s Ricky “Jupe” Park, the Haywoods confront what has been terrorizing their area and aim to get proof of the being and become famous in the process. Critics have largely praised Nope for its ambitious scope and storytelling and it is Peele's third film to hit number one at the box office and the first original film to do so since his last movie Us.
