New PUBG update sees battle royale hit chart at No.2 on Steam

This is likely due to the new 23.2 update, which introduces the Recall System – the ability for killed players to be revived. This addition brought PUBG: Battlegrounds back into the Steam Top Ten.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was once again made the most money on Steam last week, while new horror title The Outlast Trials made its debut in third place following a May 18th release. New licensed title Starship Troopers: Extermination came in at No.4 in the wake of a May 17th launch.
Valve's Steam Deck dropped two places week-on-week to fifth, while EA's FIFA 23 returns to the Steam Top Ten in sixth thanks to a 70 per cent price cut. Fellow EA game Apex Legends drops five places down from second to seventh, ahead of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, which also returns to the Top Ten after missing out by one spot last week.
Facepunch's Rust rose 14 places to No.9 thanks to a 33 per cent price cut, while V Rising from Stunlock Studios returns to the Top Ten with a 20 per cent discount.
