RGG Studio, the developer behind the Yakuza series, has announced a showcase of its own for June 15. Fans are expecting more news about the upcoming instalment, Like a Dragon Gaiden, especially since it's still down as a 2023 release.
The next Yakuza game - full title, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name - still hasn't got a specific release date. It also hasn't received a gameplay trailer, so these are pretty good indicators for what will appear at the RGG Studio showcase. However, while Gaiden will almost definitely be the focus of the showcase, we can probably expect some news on Like a Dragon 8 too, since we also know that this is in development.

For those of you in the US, RGG Summit will start on June 15 at 11pm ET/8pm PT. In the UK, that's 4am, and 5am in Central Europe the following day, so hope you don't mind getting up nice and early for your Like a Dragon news.
RGG isn't giving much away on what the showcase will cover, but given that Like a Dragon Gaiden is the next game on its schedule, we're almost definitely going to get more details on that. Unless it's delayed into 2024, we can also expect a more definitive release date too, since we're already in summer 2023 without an idea of when Gaiden will be with us.
Following that, we'll probably hear something about Like a Dragon 8, which right now, is meant to launch at some point in 2024. However, considering how busy the series has been lately, we can't rule out yet another spin-off being announced as well, so it could be a pretty busy livestream.
