Xbox has announced a sweepstakes in celebration of the upcoming Fallout television series, where fans can win a custom Xbox Series X and controller housed in a Fort Knox vault themed to the game franchise. The upcoming Fallout TV show premieres in less than one month, and Xbox is kicking off the countdown to the series with this incredible prize.

Since the first Fallout game released back in 1997, the series has grown and expanded and established a dedicated community among fans of action-RPGs. The post-apocalyptic franchise boasts six mainline titles, two spin-offs, and a simulator game, and fans are now awaiting the release of a live-action Fallout television series. As the premiere draws closer, Xbox is boosting the hype with an exciting sweepstakes.

The official Xbox Twitter account has unveiled a custom Xbox Series X and controller featuring a uniqueFallout design, with both being housed inside an actual Fort Knox vault. Vaults in the Fallout games serve as shelters for survivors of the nuclear warfare that has ravaged the world and created the mutant creatures frequently encountered by players. Fans of the series know that Vaults often hold valuable goods, so it is fitting that this Fort Knox vault houses a one-of-a-kind Xbox Series X and a matching controller.

The Fallout television series is being developed by Amazon Studios and will air exclusively on Amazon Prime on April 11. Several trailers for the Fallout TV show have been released, with fans already digging through the footage for Easter eggs from the video games. The latest game to be released in the series is Fallout 76, which recently had a DLC announcement. While fans have been happy to see more Fallout content on the way in the form of DLC and a new show, others have voiced disappointment at the lack of another full mainline game.
