Never Have I Ever Season 3 Star Confirms Filming Wrap With BTS Image
Never Have I Ever season 3 star Darren Barnet confirms filming has wrapped with a BTS photo. Never Have I Ever is a Netflix original coming-of-age dramedy series that premiered on April 27, 2020. The series was created by Mindy Kaling and follows American-Indian teenager, Devi Vishwakumar (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan), a freshman student who struggles to raise her social status after the traumatic loss of her father. However, Devi's overbearing mother and fellow classmates rarely make fitting in easy for her and she ends up stuck in a complicated love triangle while also still trying to deal with her grief. Netflix officially renewed Never Have I Ever for a third season in August of 2021.
Barnet took to Instagram to confirm that Never Have I Ever season 3 has wrapped filming. Barnet revealed the season had finished filming in Malibu and shared a couple of BTS photos of him on the beach sporting a pair of sunglasses. He shared several more images of the scenic Malibu beach and thanked his fans for their support. Check out his post below:

Barnet's update is much appreciated as few details have been shared about Never Have I Ever season 3. A release date has not been confirmed, but the wrapping of filming means that season 3 could see a 2022 release. Season 3 certainly has a lot of avenues to explore with Devi and Paxton (Barnet) officially being a couple, Devi's mom exploring dating again after the loss of her husband, and Devi's cousin's complicated love life.
