Cosplayer MissBriCosplay perfectly brings pro-hero Mt Lady and her quirk powers to life as part of her recently updated My Hero Academia cosplay. The character is voiced by Kaori Nazuka in Studio Bones' adaptation of Kohei Horikoshi's superhero manga series. Mt Lady made her debut as one of the first pro-heroes seen in the series' first episodes.
A pro-hero with the quirk Gigantification that allows her to grow to the enlarged height of 2,062 centimeters, Yu Takeyama takes on the name Mt Lady to fight against villains and protect civilians. Ranking no.23 on Japan's Hero Billboard charts, Yu was one of the first pro-heroes seen in the series' opening episode, Midoriya Izuku: Origin, being one of the heroes working the day that Izuku Midoriya (Daiki Yamashita) proves himself against the Sludge Villain (Shinya Fukumatsu), catching the eye of All-Might (Kenta Miyake) as a potential inheritor of his One for All quirk. Ahead of My Hero Academia season 6's promised gigantic battles, one cosplayer has perfectly captured the size-shifting hero and her quirk in a recent photo.
