Relic Records are collectible pieces that you can find and add to your collection, and doing so will reward you in many ways, while also giving you a deeper view into the lore of this game. Here's everything you need to know to obtain them.
The Relic Records are pieces of history that you can find scattered, now abandoned, across the many Hunting Areas surrounding Kamura. These show up in the overworld as rusty swords stuck in the ground, but in reality, once you grab them your Notebook will be updated with a new piece of information about the locale where you found that relic. You have up to ten per each of the five areas, plus ten more records telling a story about a Rampage of the past, further expanding into the lore of Kamura and why you need to work to stop the current Rampage.
