The Glodell boss fight in is level 38 and will happen during the Quest. This is an interesting fight, as there are some restrictions that will make this boss harder than it otherwise would be. You will, however, receive a fair amount of EXP and Money for the fight, as well as a spoil that can be a crafting ingredient to improve upon the stats of one of your party members.

Beating a boss in can take a lot of forethought and patience, depending on which boss it is.
