Diablo-Style Dungeon-Building ARPG Tormentis Is Coming to Android Soon!

Tormentis is coming to Android and is now open for pre-registration. It’s an action RPG with dungeon crawling. Developed and published by 4 Hands Games, it’s set to release in December.

4 Hands is the creator of popular games like Evergore, Heroes and Merchants and The Numzle. The game is Diablo-style with a focus on dungeon-building mechanics and PvP gameplay.

In Tormentis, you build your own fortress of doom. Your mission is to protect your treasure chests from other players hungry for gold while trying to break into their lairs and snatch theirs. It’s kind of a devilish loop of creating, defending, raiding and upgrading.

The dungeon-building part is where things get strategic. You connect rooms, decorate to throw off invaders and load up on traps and monsters to turn your dungeon into a death trap. And before your dungeon can go live, you have to survive it yourself.

Tormentis offers a bunch of epic gear. You find them as loot in your dungeons. And in case you don’t like them and want something else, you can trade them with other players in the auction house and through the barter system.

The PvP aspect of the game is good, too. You climb leaderboards while watching your traps and monsters annihilate intruders. With every raid, you can also earn trophies to flex your rank. And if you like playing in teams, you can join forces with friends to improve your dungeon defenses.

I’m really excited to try Tormentis out on Android. It offers a wide range of traps and monsters which aids you in customising your castle defense. Out on Steam since July 2024. If you think this game is right up your alley, you can pre-register for it on the Google Play Store.
