Build A Rocket Boy acquires PlayFusion

No figure has been placed on the deal, which sees the CEO and CTO of the latter – Mark Gerhard – join Build A Rocket Boy as co-CEO. He will be focusing on the studio's pipeline of content as well as its user generated content tools.
